Bookkeeping services

Why employ a full-time bookkeeper?  Why not pay for just the time it really takes?

The service on offer is as simple or as involved as your business requires either charged on an hourly rate or a contracted number of days per month. 

 Functions of the role include:

v             VAT returns

v             Management accounts

v             Bespoke financial reports

v             Trial balance and draft accounts for approval by client accountant

v             Payroll

v             CIS

v             Preparation and distribution of invoices and credit notes

v             Cash collection – invoice progressing and monitoring

v             Key controls such as bank reconciliations

v             All records kept using Sage software and Microsoft Excel

 

PA services

Differing services for those who are either in need of a personal assistant for a contracted number of hours per week or else businesses in need of either regular or short term, short notice support.

v             Typing – whether audio, hardcopy, dictation, shorthand

v             Presentations

v             Spreadsheets

v             Databases

v             Rebranding including website development

v             Mail shots
